The iMessage sticker thing is an interesting idea, but its not what I bought the app for, and I dont think other people will buy it for that. I would recommend sticking to the original concept, because its great!

Versatile and a wide library of shapes. Frequently updated. The forever pack is recommended.

Seriously, get this app. You think youve used an app like this? You havent, stupid. You might as well think base-jumping is the same as playing the nickel slot machines in the Vegas airport. THATS what other apps are compared to Assembly Its useful. Need a sticker? Bam! Make your own. Not a graphic designer? Who cares, this app gives your fingers PHDs in design and aesthetics. Wanna have fun? Look no further. If this app was any more fun it would provoke North Korea to invade the States. Get this app. Do it!

I love this app! I have made one stamp, but I have enjoyed the entire experience. There are plenty of shapes that allow for a creative experience and there are other stickers that offer inspiration.

The latest update is great. Group nesting & edit within groups. The text tool is easy to use and comes with some fonts. Justify, kern, line spacing, fill, stroke, shadow, glow, opacity. Saving files in high Resolution and/or with transparency is a snap. You can also make a lower Rez video playback of your artwork coming together. Export to social media and to other apps. Custom palettes can be made using the color picker or import a photo & use the eyedropper tool.

I love this app, it allows me to make cool emojis, awesome personal logos, and even some small cartoons and designs. I love this! 5 STARS no doubt about it!!!

I absolutely love this app, but unfortunately Im experiencing a glitch where all my saved artwork and stickers just disappear. This has been very frustrating because all my hard work just gets lost. Please fix this issue! Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

This is one of the awesomest app you will find in app store. Easy to use very clean coded. I love it.

Update for the addition of text and stickers: I personally could have done without either. Now the interface feels crowded (iPhone screen) and clunky. There are some great apps that are designed specifically to add text to images (I use "Over") and I think this app should have left that to them. An app designed to add text will always out preform an app for creating shapes that also lets you add text. IMHO I think the stickers look tacky and take away from how creative this app used to feel. I came to create my own shapes/"stickers" and these feel...lazy. Uninspired. Overall I dislike this update. It went from feeling like all ages were welcome to create, to feeling like all ages welcome but really this is to shut kids up while patents are driving. Which (in addition to disliking pushy "Rate this app" interruptions that appear the instant I open an updated app I havent even had a chance to look at, asking ("") for a 5 star review to keep updates coming) is why I dropped to 3 stars. ------------------------ This app lets you do SO MUCH (especially with the addition of creating your own shapes), even with only the basic packs. I love that you can make your own color pallets (and save them!), the color wheel is pretty easy to use, and there is an eye-dropper to pick colors directly from your Artboard (if youve uploaded your own). I suggest looking up HEX color pallets, saving the images, and selecting those images as your artboard. Create your in-app pallets from the HEX/artboard using the eye-dropper, save that custom pallet and voilà! New pallet(s!) to use in the app. I havent found a limit to the number of custom pallets the app allows, but I also wasnt looking. I have enough that I can scroll a bit before I arrive at the default pallets. Sometimes the app crashes, but only if Im "going crazy" - adding a LOT (about 100 total) of copied/pasted stars, with various transparencies, in several different sizes, rotated in many alternate directions, at a fairly rapid pace and including multiple changes-of-heart. *Then* the app behaves a bit jittery, but since I was too, the blame seems equal to me :). Union is also a great app, but once you export your project to Union to edit, everything will be locked as-is. In the event you export your project back into Assembly, your project is, essentially, the artboard. Anything new you add will be separate, and I think may be a new project in your library, though I cant remember and am too lazy to check for an iTunes review ;) Why 4 stars? • On the iPod/Phone size screen, the workspace is a bit cramped. • Objects anchor/align by the corners, but resize from the center. Sounds like no big deal, but it can be really frustrating when everything snaps together incorrectly because the sizes are slightly off, multiplied by the number of objects used, regardless of how many are locked together. • Turning off the snap to grid feature also unlocks rotating the object while resizing. It would be incredibly helpful if these were separate, toggle-able features. • Turning on the snap to grid feature will re-align any object that was carefully placed when the grid was off, back to the grid, but only if that object is selected at any time while the grid is on. If you dont accidentally select it like I keep doing, youll be fine. Probably. • Locking objects together does not also combine the points where those objects align to the grid. New objects added can/will snap/align to each individual object within the locked group. The create your own object feature is a great work-around for this, just not all the time.

The pure ease free usability of this app is amazing. 15 minutes in I was creating perfect icons and emojis and bang, sharing them in iMessage. You can make custom shapes, the coloring is and overall interface is so well thought out. Great app. Great fun. That said it need a couple of things. It needs an alignment feature and a way to nudge things with arrow buttons. I would like to see an export to eps as well. Also the combine and subtract feature is a little buggy. Sometimes the shapes get all messed up. But amazing first version, love it.

Marvelous app. Full of fun and the tools for creativity. Highly recommend! **PLEASE fix glitches! It will glitch and screw up the art the more detailed you get with the shapes!**

All I can say is... Are you f-n kidding me? This is what you think graphic design is? Lets not insult people whose actual occupation it is to design by pretending this is anywhere close to it. Pathetic.

First off I wanna say thanks to the developers, this app is the best. Ive had it for a while now and I use it all of the time it is truly amazing. When I got iOS 10 that app became laggy. Kinda annoying because it slows down the pace that you are working at. Biggest problem is the my work button. Whenever I do something the my work button does not work. I will tap it and it wont let me tap it. The only options I have are to keep working or exit out of app and restart my project. This is really annoying because it doesnt save what I worked on. With this bug I cant use the app out of fear that whatever I make I cant save. Please fix fast!

This app is so much fun creating designs. Fun and easy to use. Something Ive been looking for quite a long time.

This is great for people who like to design things. The app controls really well, and is simple but powerful. Some things that should be added - - a way to add gradients. All the shapes are solid colors, and while technically its possible to cell-shade I wish there was a way for shapes to have the value scales youd see in 3D objects - maybe the app could support dragging shapes directly into the canvas? That way I can put them right where I want them. - a way to import images onto the picture Thanks!!

This app is my healthy addiction!!! I love all their apps. Get the bundle!

It exports in transparent large scale images, has custom color palettes, can save your custom content, has excellent layer recognition, and backs up to iCloud. The packs are affordable if you buy the single large purchase as well. I use it all the time for may different projects. It is basically tangrams for grown-ups. I could not recommend it more. Give them time as well. Theyre adding new features. I expect gradients, slicing, grids, and a mirror mode to come with time.

Sometimes you want to draw freehand. Sometimes you want to take shapes and use your imagination. At first I was resistant. I was looking for vector drawing apps, but then became entranced at the *deceptive* simplicity of this app. Get busy! Create! Imagine! Build! (BTW, I found Graphic to be one of the better vector drawing apps for iPad. Able to export SVG, etc.)

So fun. My favorite app right now.

Tablets seem like the perfect canvas for art and design, but the lack of apps utilizing them has been frustrating. Pixite is the first to use this potential, and they do it well.
