Love this app... Actually I have all the apps these people make... very useful tools... Love to see... gradient fill blends ability to radius corners on shapes ability to create my own shapes and add them to the shape library Thanks for a great App!

Use it to draw icons. Hope it will provide gradient color in next version.

There are so many shapes with so many possibilities. The only limitation is your imagination. What the app doesnt have in finishing touches you can export and apply with another app.

This app is just amazing. Extremely powerful, with tons of base shapes that allow you to build and create anything you want. I particularly love the new update which adds clipping masks. This is by far the most useful, and most well designed app that I have ever used.

Thanks for the new features and shapes! Id like to see text but Ill just use another app for that for now. Great job!

The option to export to svg is amazing. Keep up the good work on this app! Definitely recommended to try it out.

This app is very easy to use, but its amazingly fun. You get many features and shape pacts already free. I love this app ;)

I rarely write reviews but I felt like I had to. I am no hands on artist, I am not very good at drawing but this app allows me to come up with what I envision in a very simplistic way and I absolutely love it.

This app is so cool Ive made about 10 things and all of the tutorials and Ive looked at the inspirations and its so cool I think its super easy to use and if youve just gotten into graphic design youll love it! I dont we had this app for around one day and Im already in love with it:)

Update: Great work improving many of the things I complained about before. I really love this app. But Im still giving it 1 star because it bugs me every day to rate it. That might be a niggle to many but after a while it becomes invasive. Ask me once, tell me you wont do it again, then dont. I will give this app 5 stars as soon as it stops asking me to. Update: Now crashes on startup on multiple devices. Now completely useless. Best to back up everything you make using Transmit or Dropbox or similar. I did get it working again by turning it off in iCloud drive on all devices. But as far as I can tell Ive lost all my work. Previously: First off this is a really great start. Immediately useful. The predefined shapes make you concentrate on design rather than noodling things and make things come together very quickly. There are a few features though that would make this app perfect. 1) Boolean grouping - let me knock a hole in a shape using another shape - I can put a white circle for an eye but I cant actually cut it out to let the background through. 2) Let me name my creations - sharing the files as assembly.svg means I have to rename them all the time, which is tedious. 3) Folders. Between me and my kids Ive already got far too many creations to scroll through. 4) Text - clearly you can do it because the tutorials have little text boxes in them. 5) Gradients 6) FX - let me blur shapes. I can do some things with the shadows but if they get too big it has trouble generating a PNG and the SVG shadows arent there in Affinity. 7) I can see that the business model is to share shape sets so fair enough. But it would be killer to let me make my own for reuse. At least let me copy and paste groups between projects.

It really needs the ability to add text. I use it to design UI and the fact I cant add text really limits my use of the app. Seven feature requests: - easy Material Design shadows - easy way to make equally spaced patterns - overlay text - duplicate pictures - canvas sizes like iPhone 6+ and iOS icon - Polygon tool where you choose how many sizes it has - Pattern fill for shapes

Fantastically creative app with endless possibilities for creating art. The addition of text makes it even more amazing!!
