Really neat

A tool that results in great images that can be used in countless contexts. Ive spent so much time with Assembly that Ive even had dreams about it.

I love this app and this new update so much! Graphic design on iOS doesnt get better than this, unless youre manually drawing everything yourself and youre actually good at that. This app is so simple a toddler could use it. Clearly, looking at the star ratings, because there are no one star rating this app is truly amazing. I dont know why there are star ratings under 5 for this app, because for me, everything works perfect. The only thing that has problems is the stickers for iMessages but thats just a bug with Apple right now. The app itself is amazing!

This is an excelent app. I was using the try version and I was practicing to get the effect of a short movie with the record process at export like movie. But you eliminated. How I can get it back? Thank you.

I love Assembly. If you know the Pathfinder tool in Illustrator youll get why this app is so useful. Once you get the hang of it you will realize this app is much deeper than it looks at first glace and you can create vector shapes much more agilely and quickly than any other method on the iPad, possibly even desktop. Its not full featured like Graphic so you will likely have to export your work as an SVG to finalize, but thats not unusual if youre used to doing digital art on the iPad where theres a lot of apps that do a few things really well and you have to bounce between them. However.. The latest update is a bit problematic. I get why the stickers were added, the casual market is probably much more lucrative than designers, but all of the emoji sets add a lot of clutter to a previously streamlined UI. I think its essential that were given the option to turn them off or hide them in a future update (like you can hide shape packs you dont want, if you dont want to have to constantly scroll past Halloween designs etc.) More distressing, Im getting a lot more lag than I used to have. I use an old iPad Mini 2 and a new 12.9 iPad Pro and its happening on both when a design gets too complicated. Im getting an occasional crash on the mini as well. Im also seeing a problem where Im not getting the shape I select. Its repeatable when it happens (eg you touch a square in the very lower left corner and a half circle will appear). Its repeatable when it happens so its in the app and not user error, and its happening on both devices so its not a screen issue. Still I would urge any vector art designer to download this ASAP, any issues are minor but I had to say something!

I love this app but after I updated all of my saved work disappeared. Still have no idea what happened.

Worth every penny!

After updating to iOS 10 I am getting sporadic bugs with saving artwork. The MY WORK button does not close the artwork and it is lost after closing the app. Very frustrating. I am really loving this app and after the update I have lost trust in it. PLEASE RESOLVE this issue quickly!!

Ive been using this app to crate logos and icons. Easy to use with many options to create unique projects!

I absolutely love this app. I have used it over and over to create graphics that I use for speech therapy materials. It is so easy to use and the combinations of elements are endless!! Its great for those of us that love to create but dont always have a lot of time. A great way to dabble in the world of graphic art but sophisticated enough to learn and advance in skill!!!

As Tim Cook said at the keynote speech in September, there are over 2 million apps on the App Store… This makes extraordinary apps hard to find. Assembly is one of those extraordinary apps. Assemblys incredible ability to export to PNG, SVG, PDF file formats make it and extraordinarily useful tool. Add in the ability to export your creations as stickers in the iOS messages app and you have an agile tool. The only shortcoming in my opinion is the lack of ability to import an SVG file from elsewhere to use within the assembly app.

This app is good but seriously, after restoring my iPhone I cant restore my forever unlock purchase? And now the price has doubled??! These guys are truly jerks if they dont allow you to restore your in app purchases.
